ONCE I SUBMIT FAQs

If you submit a pitch, are you guaranteed
to be included in a PITCH FOR PR™ email?

We would love to be able to include all pitches in our emails but unfortunately, that is not possible.

The reasons include:
  1. We receive a HUGE number of submissions and have a limited amount of space in each email.  Therefore, it is impossible that all pitches can be included.
  2. We read each submission carefully to make sure that there is a strong, concise and well written pitch that would be interesting to our subscribers
  3. We don't want our emails to be saturated with similar pitches.  Some submissions will not be included because they are too similar to other pitches we've recently included.  If you read our email and see that this is probably the case, you can always resubmit at a later time.

************************************

Will anyone contact me regarding my PITCH FOR PR™ submission?

You will only be contacted once you've been slated for a release date. What this means is, once we know what date your pitch will be included in one of our PITCH FOR PR
emails, we will give you the heads up.

If you are not contacted by us, that means your pitch hasn't been chosen to be included in an email.  This can be either because we already have too many similar pitches or we do not feel your pitch is appropriate for our subscribers.

You are welcome to resubmit your pitch after 4 months.

I'M A JOURNALIST FAQs

I found someone fabulous on PITCH FOR PR that I want to contact but it's for an  article different than the one they pitched. Is that cool?

Absolutely!!  It's up to both the source as well as the publication to decide if they want to work together. We're just the proverbial matchmaker.

What does it cost to subscribe to PITCH FOR PR
?

It's free to subscribe and it's free to submit pitches.

Does PITCH FOR PRwrite the pitches that are submitted?

No.  Although we might do a little editing if needed.

Does PITCH FOR PRconfirm the sources or do any research on the submissions before including them in the email?

PITCH FOR PR does NOT do any vetting.  Because of the large number of submissions, we are not able to do any research or background checks on the material we receive and include in our emails.  Please make sure to do you own due diligence when using a source or expert or any other information received from a PITCH FOR PRemail.

I'd love to do a piece on PITCH FOR PR™.

Thanks, that'd be great.  Feel free to cull information from our website or email us at Sydnie@PitchForPR.com for more information or to schedule an interview.

I want to use the Pitch For PR logo on my website, blog, enewsletter or offline publication.

Great!

A couple of things to know...

Pitch For PR's logo is owned outright by Sydnie Suskind.  The Pitch For PR logo can only be used to promote Pitch For PR, www.PitchForPR.com or/and the Pitch For PR daily email.  No other rights are being granted without written permission from Sydnie Suskind.  Where ever it is available, (i.e. websites, blogs, enewsletters) Pitch For PR's logo must include a live link back to http://www.PitchForPR.com.

Here's the Pitch For PR logo

Who runs PITCH FOR PR?

PITCH FOR PR was created by me... Sydnie.  Over the years, I've worn many hats including:  television comedy writer, freelance journalist, and television development executive.  I am now a patented inventor (http://www.rappizi.com) and an entrepreneur.  I created the PITCH FOR PR email because I know what it's like to need PR and not know how to get it… without, of course, spending a fortune on a PR agent.

So, for minimal effort: I get to feel good helping people, publications get a new pool of experts and sources to work with, and you get to pitch your story to an audience hungry for content.  PITCH FOR PR is a win, win, win!

************************************

AN IMPORTANT NOTE

**Finally, it's important that you confirm whom you're working with and do your due diligence to make sure everything is on the up-and-up. PITCH FOR PR does not do background checks or research on the people who submit pitches or the people who receive our emails.
